Clarity for Every Product

Bulk, one of the leading names in sports supplements, had a problem hiding in plain sight: an icon library that didn’t match the pace or precision of the rest of the brand. Their existing icons were inconsistent in style, difficult to scale, and lacked the flexibility to support a growing product range. As a digital-first business, Bulk needed more than just attractive symbols – they needed a high-performing, modern visual system that could work across every touchpoint. From packaging to navigation to mobile interfaces, the icons had to be instantly recognisable, intuitive, and on-brand. The challenge was to develop a sleek, minimalist icon library that could unify Bulk’s growing product ecosystem while simplifying the shopping experience for users.

A Unified Visual Language with Room to Grow

I created a bespoke icon library rooted in clarity and consistency – one that could flex across formats while staying true to Bulk’s clean, modern identity. Each icon was carefully crafted to be immediately understandable at a glance, yet subtle enough to complement the broader design language of the brand. By replacing dense blocks of text with intuitive visuals, the icons now help users navigate the product range with confidence – whether they’re seasoned athletes or first-time supplement buyers. The visual system improves usability, reinforces brand identity, and integrates seamlessly into the e-commerce journey. The new icon set was then embedded across Bulk’s digital and physical ecosystem – from product pages to packaging – providing a unified, polished experience that evolves alongside the brand’s ambitions.
